Check Appearance

For all incoming goods, we will carry out appearance inspection and make detailed inspection records.

• Brand, model, quantity, production date, ROHS environmental standard testing

• Inspection of the outer packaging to see if the packaging is in good condition/integrity and the packaging materials comply with the requirements of the corresponding MSL standard

• Silkscreen (Marking) inspection, consistency inspection, check the original specifications

• Material appearance inspection, dust and debris condition, Pin foot deformation, Pin foot oxidation signs

Engineer Recheck

We will fully reinspect all materials supplied by non-Tier 1 suppliers in the system.

• Product appearance reinspection

• Check the original label and code mark against the quality control database

• bar code inspection

• Check compliance with original factory lot, production lot number, year and product packaging

• Simple electrical performance test

Quality Test  

All goods not identified in the reinspection process will enter the quality test process. Products are tested by third party laboratories (e.g., White Horse, CECC Laboratories)

• Weldability test

• X-RAY conformance testing

• XRF/EDX/EDS testing

• Functional testing
